Being human is easy, it is just people who made it hard. Living is simple, you need to go school and finish college. You can have time and give yourself a reward before finding a suitable job, it is for you to marry or help your family first. Emotions and feelings are one of the features that a human being has, they must control it or else they will suffer and regret after releasing unwanted negative. People should know how to release emotion, this will help them to be a better person.

Life is hard and problems are everywhere any time, it is natural, it is a part of being human. It is for you in what way you handle each struggle that strike you down, you should get up and fight. Living is hard at first, but when you come to your senses you will find it more interesting, you just have to choose who you want to be, what you want to be, be yourself.

It is normal for the people to have problems, it is part of life. Feelings towards each situation is uncontrollable that is why most people regret their times of making decisions in state of anger. People should not decide and release words that may harm individuals in the condition of having hatred and anger, those emotions are temporary people should learn in what way to manage each reaction towards different situations.

Your friends should be one of your choices to share your thoughts with, you need to ask for their advice instead of having time alone. This will save you from depression that can cause harm to yourself, having time with your friends will give you positive vibes and new possible ideas to deal with your problem.

You should have to make time with yourself, this will make you more positive and productive. That doing nothing and spending time thinking negative outcomes, you need to get up and find ways to solve your problem. Control your emotion so that you will avoid doing reckless things, you should act mature and believe in yourself that you can do anything.

Activities helps you lessen your stress and negative emotions, this will have you more alternate task and options. Activities life gym, jogging and yoga, these are some tasks that helps you build yourself and be a better you. Reading and learning helps you even more, but the advice from your love ones will definitely help.

Love is a single word but it contains all emotions, happiness, sadness, pain, excitement, thrill and problems. Love teaches you things that will leave a mark to your heart, many individuals suffer the consequences after making a reckless decisions of breaking up with their partner just in situations that is probable to be fixed. This is why individuals need to control and to discharge their temper in uncontainable situations.

It is normal for a person to be angry in times they feel bad, to be happy in times of laughter. You need to embrace your feelings and emotions, it is them that made you feel human. Your family will be your best guidance in life that is why you should take care of them and treat them right. Even at your worst temper you should not treat them improperly.

Internally, human beings should know how to manage their hate and happiness in each condition, this will determine how good person you are. You will be a good role model towards each individual, this will decide what kind of person you are. Having the capability of harnessing you emotions very well makes you more mature and wake in the world.
