After the time of civil war and genocide in Rwanda, learning was tampered with in a significant way. Over the years, there has been an emergence of programs to boost the education sector and empower the Rwandese children. The country has come up with an initiative with the aim of promoting the sector. This has led to instigating Rwanda education Assistance Project committee which is responsible for making sure that it has been empowered. The following are traits of individuals on the board.

First, there has been an engagement of professionals who are well-known for their experiences. In the recruitment, the individuals are supposed to have adequate experience in all issues pertaining education and how it can be improved. They need to have engaged in other ways which have enabled several different systems to develop and be in a better position up to date. Therefore, giving some confirmation that they have the required competencies.

Also, the experts need to be highly educated. They must be Ph. D. Holders in most prominent universities in the world. This helps in proving that they have the required skills that are necessary for enabling the country to have the most beneficial systems. More to that, they have acquired great skills over the years of their studying and have encountered with other quality systems which have helped other nations grow tremendously well.

Another issue to be considered is that the individuals must have a good record over the years they have been in this profession. They must have engaged in other programs which have greatly influenced and improved the education of children in their country or other nations. For that reason, they have shown and proven that their contributions are worth and that they are capable.

As the specialists proceed with their implementation, they are required to understand where the country has come from and where it is heading. They ought not to forget to educate their learners on great aspects and issues which have led to their current lives. Therefore, they should come up with curriculums which will help the learners understand how beneficial the introduced systems are to their development and for the advancement of the nation.

As the implementation takes place, communication is vital and worth considering. The individuals need to have a good understanding of how to express their feelings on what is expected to be taught and learned. In this case, they are supposed to know what every child in different ages should learn. Therefore, expressing every intended concept in appropriate languages.

The board comprises of professionals who have different levels of experiences and knowledge. They ought to come together and give contributions which aim at empowering the schooling in the country. In this case, they need to work as a team, taking into consideration each contribution. With such a spirit, they have high potentials of developing issues with excellent capabilities of improving the learning systems.

Lastly, there is a great need to understand that the government has a role to play. It is in charge of most operations including the incorporation of experts as well as providing funds towards the sector. For that reason, it ought to ensure that the committee will not have difficulties, but it will empower them by all means possible.
